Christian Radio

This blog has been established to talk about Christian Radio (the industry) and to encourage those who are working in the industry. I would like to talk about news, music, programs and whatever else comes up. My goal is to get listeners and the professionals to talk about the issues to help make the ministry even better and stronger. Tell all you know about this blog.

We're getting close

I had a very busy day today. Got to work at 6:00 am and got some paperwork done. I only go some of it done as I had to play racquetball. (I lost my first match this fall...that's another story).

I got back to the office about 8:15 and finished my paper work. I started making calls to get my our lead for today and it just didn't happen. Sometimes it's tough being in the news business.

Last week I receive a message from one of our major networks overseas and they asked if we could stop talking about Hirricane Katrina. They told me that it was just like any other disaster in the world. It's all 'perspective' isn't it?

We didn't get deadline done until 4:00 pm, which is kind of late for us. But, we got everything done.

I'm trying to make some minor changes to the web site. I've got some things to think about, but I'm excited about the direction we're heading.
