Christian Radio

This blog has been established to talk about Christian Radio (the industry) and to encourage those who are working in the industry. I would like to talk about news, music, programs and whatever else comes up. My goal is to get listeners and the professionals to talk about the issues to help make the ministry even better and stronger. Tell all you know about this blog.

It's July already

Wow, it's hard to believe it's July already.

We continue to see more and more radio stations add MNN, despite the trend with music stations to cut programming. I'm glad we increasingly being viewed as a news product (which we are). I'm amazed at how far we've come in the 10 years I've been here.

We've added stations in a couple of good sized markets, Atlanta and Tulsa in the last couple of weeks.

Explain this to me. Is it that we're 'packaging' it right, or are we just presenting the news and God's work that's selling itself?

It's always God, always Him. Even if your packaging or marketing is perfect, and even if the news is compelling, it's God. You knew that already though! :-)
